Products

We sell custom hand-drawn artwork and related products. As each item is made to order, designs are created based on the details agreed with you before production begins.

Ordering Process

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

For custom artwork:

  • We will discuss and agree on the design via email, messages, or other communication methods.

  • It is your responsibility to review and approve details before finalisation.

  • Once approved, the design will be created as agreed.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment (or agreed deposit) is required before work begins.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, Apple-pay and more).

Custom Orders (No Returns)

Due to the personalised nature of custom hand-drawn products:

  • Orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once the design has been agreed and work has started.

  • By approving the design, you confirm that you are happy for us to proceed on this basis.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and, where possible, photographic evidence.

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All artwork and designs created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, resell, or use our artwork for commercial purposes without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights under UK consumer law.
